The site is accessible from anywhere, seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day, except in cases of force majeure or interruption, scheduled or otherwise, that may arise from a maintenance requirement.
In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the services, SAS Nebula Software Design cannot be held responsible.

Every engagement is the subject of a separate quotation and contract.

These terms of use are governed by French law and fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
