Privacy policy
SAS Nebula Software Design pays particular attention to protecting the personal data of its prospects and clients. Data collected through nesode.com is processed in accordance with French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as amended by European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes
The site collects no personal data without your knowledge. The only data processed is what you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email.
The types of data that may be collected are: surname, first name, company name, professional email address, and the subject and content of the enquiry. The form asks for no telephone number.
The sole purpose of this data is to handle your enquiry and answer it. It may subsequently be used within the commercial or contractual relationship that follows from it.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent when you send us an enquiry, and on the company’s legitimate interest in answering the requests addressed to it and managing its client relationships.
Recipients
The recipients of the data are solely the commercial and client functions of SAS Nebula Software Design. We undertake not to disclose, transmit or share your personal data with other companies, partners or third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period
In accordance with article 6-5° of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, personal data is not kept beyond the time necessary for the purpose pursued.
Enquiries that did not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for three years from the last contact. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable statutory retention period.

You have, at any time, a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, together with a right to object and to withdraw your consent.
